A rule for every relationship

Your calendars.
Your connections.

Send events one way when a client calendar should only receive. Sync both ways when both calendars are yours. Each pair gets its own rule.

  • Mix Google, Outlook, and iCloud
  • Busy blocks or exact copies per connection

A clearer day starts here

Start with one calendar pair.

Connect your accounts, choose what crosses, and check the first copy. Your organization may require administrator approval.

01

Connect your calendars

Connect Google or Outlook, or use an Apple app-specific password for iCloud. Choose the calendars you want kept in sync.

02

Choose what crosses over

Busy blocks one way, busy blocks both ways, or a full mirror. Start with a preset and adjust the details when you need to.

03

Keep your copies current

Google and Outlook send change notifications. iCloud checks every 15 minutes. Edit or delete the original and its copy follows; a large first sync can take several checks.

Made for your kind of busy

Different schedules.
The same need for space.

One calendar looks free while another already owns the hour. Give them the same availability.

Consulting

Three clients. One actual schedule.

Client A sees that Tuesday at 2 PM is blocked. Client B's name, attendees, and notes stay off the busy copy.

Security you can inspect

Calendar access
deserves specifics.

What we encrypt. What passes through. Who helps run the service. Plain answers about sensitive access.

Encrypted credentials

Calendar tokens and iCloud app-specific passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, then decrypted in memory when needed for sync.

Event details stay out of our database

Details pass through our servers to create the copy. Titles, descriptions, locations, and attendee lists are never saved in our database.

Never sold, never trained on

Your calendar is not a data product. Never sold or used for ads. Only the operational processors we list handle it.

Access you control

Disconnect to stop syncing and remove the saved credential. Revoke an iCloud app-specific password in Apple Account settings too.

Before you connect

The things people
ask first.

Visit the Help Center
Is my calendar data safe?

A busy copy contains the time and your chosen label, not the original title, notes, attendees, or location. Calendar tokens and iCloud app-specific passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never sell your data or use it for training.

Which calendars work?

Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, and iCloud. Mix providers across two calendars on Starter, five on Pro, or ten on Power. iCloud requires editable calendars and an app-specific password; each iCloud calendar can contain up to 2,000 stored events or recurring series.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with one click from the billing page. There is no charge during your 14-day trial, and stopping does not delete your setup.

Will my clients see each other's meetings?

Not in busy-block mode. The destination gets a private placeholder with a label you choose. The original details stay on their original calendar.

What happens to recurring meetings?

Each occurrence is copied as its own block, so moving or cancelling one week only affects that week. The rest of the series stays exactly where it is.

What if I delete a copy by hand?

It comes back. The mirror is meant to reflect the source, so to remove something for good you delete the original or exclude it with a filter.

Give your day some breathing room.

Connect two calendars. Choose what crosses over. Check your first copy.
