Works with the calendars you already have
Sync is easy. Control is the hard part.
Most tools give you a single on/off switch. This one gives you a sync per pair of calendars, and a filter set per sync.
Decide exactly which way each event flows
One-way when a client calendar should only ever receive. Two-way when both sides are yours and both should stay honest. Set it per pair, not once for everything.
- One-way or two-way per sync
- Mix directions across accounts
- Change it any time without losing history
Share that you're busy without sharing why
Busy mode copies the time and nothing else — no title, no notes, no attendees, no location. Your client's calendar learns you're unavailable at 2pm and learns nothing else.
- Name the block whatever you like
- Full-detail mirroring when you want it
- Per-sync, so one calendar can differ from the next
Filters, so only what matters crosses over
Skip all-day events. Skip anything you declined. Only sync work hours. Only events with a real attendee list. Only the next 90 days. Every sync gets its own set.
- Working hours and weekday limits
- Keyword include and exclude
- Buffer time padded around each block
Your client sees a wall.
Not what's behind it.
A busy block carries the start time, the end time, and a label you choose. That's the entire payload. Titles, notes, locations and attendee lists never leave the calendar they live on — there is no setting that would let them.

Boring, on purpose

The things people ask first
Is my calendar data safe?
Yes. In busy-block mode we only read event times — never titles, notes, or attendees. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256), and we never sell your data or use it to train anything.
Which calendars work?
Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365 — up to 5 accounts on one plan, mixed freely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click from the billing page, no charge during your 14-day trial, and nothing is deleted if you stop.
Will my clients see each other's meetings?
Never. Busy-block mode shows only a private “Busy” placeholder with a label you choose — the details stay on their original calendar.
What happens to recurring meetings?
Each occurrence is copied as its own block, so moving or cancelling one week only affects that week. The rest of the series stays exactly where it is.
What if I delete a copy by hand?
It comes back. The mirror is meant to reflect the source, so to remove something for good you delete the original or exclude it with a filter.
Stop double-booking yourself
Connect two calendars and watch the first block appear. It takes about two minutes, and you can undo all of it just as fast.
